Each operator can additionally configure some parameters for themselves, for the convenience of their work.

Operator settings are located on the Operator Panel page in the lower left corner and can be accessed by clicking on the gear icon.

By clicking on the Operator Settings option, a pop-up window will appear on the screen, displaying all currently available settings.

Quick replies - when enabled, the operator always has access to quick replies, eliminating the need to press the enable button on the Operator Panel each time.
