Setting Up Folder-Based Dialog Filtering for Operators

This feature allows:

• Enabling and disabling folders for display
• Changing the order of folders - "Drag and Drop"
• Setting the default folder - only folders without subcategories can be selected

Sorting Dialogs

Select the default dialog sorting.

Available options:

• By last response date (Default)
• Sort by creation date
• Sort by the date assigned to the operator
• Sort by unread messages

Additionally, you can always change the sorting through the additional menu in the dialog list.
