In the bot's dialogue with the client, messengers have the ability to display operator data (such as their name) and operator icons. These features depend on different messengers and may vary.
By default, the settings are turned off, and in dialogues between the client and the operator, nothing additional is displayed except for messages.

When enabling the Display operator name in messages setting, an additional field will appear where you can use the specified placeholders.
Available placeholders: {{role}}
- Role, {{first_name}}
- First Name, {{last_name}}
- Last Name

Viber allows changing the sender's picture and name (by default, without activating this setting, operator responses will be displayed as the bot's picture and name).
When enabling the Change sender for Viber setting, an additional field will appear where you can use the specified placeholders.

In this example, when the operator responds to the client, the operator's avatar will be displayed (if it meets the parameters of the https://developers.viber.com/docs/api/rest-bot-api/#general-send-message-parameters), and the sender's name will show [Role Name] with the Message text below.
Using the operator's avatar is optional. If you don't activate this setting, the bot's icon will be displayed as the operator's icon.
