In the operator panel, there is an option to configure the message sending delay.

This function is used for the operator to have time to reread the text and correct any mistakes after completing the message to the client.

To configure, you need to go to the section "Operator Panel Settings" → "Settings"

and change the value in the delay configuration block..

Delay variants

At the moment, there are 5 options available, ranging from 0 (no delay) to 10 seconds.

When the delay is set, the message will be sent to the client after the specified delay time. During the delay, a timer is displayed in the text input area, showing the remaining time for sending.

Settings are configured for all operators by the System Administrator.

For convenience, a combination of Ctrl-Enter has been added for quick sending without delay.
