In version 3.5.8, the ability to transfer a dialogue between two operators (hereinafter referred to as Operator 1 - the one who transfers, Operator 2 - the one who receives the dialogue) has been added. This functionality will be useful in situations where one of the operators is busy, unable to respond quickly to the client, or is not competent in the given question.

Unlike the ability to add an operator to the chat, after a successful transfer, Operator 1 completely leaves the dialogue, and further communication is conducted by Operator 2.

To transfer the dialogue to Operator 1, it is necessary to click on the dialogue transfer icons.
