This functionality is designed to provide hints in the history of dialogues about why the request was closed, and to further analyze this data.

Adding statuses and using them addresses the issue of analyzing user requests. At the first stage, the status indicates whether the client's issue was resolved or not. In the future, this functionality can be expanded.
