To change the OP settings, go to the section Operator panel (settings)

By default, go to the Users tab. The page displays all users in the system, as well as information on the settings of each of them.

To add a new user, click on the Add user button

In the window that opens, fill in all the required fields

The maximum number of dialogs field shows the number of dialogs in which the operator can simultaneously participate.

You can also add an avatar for the operator. It should be borne in mind that in order for the operator's avatar to be displayed in a chat with a user in viber, its size must be up to 100 kb.

Thus, when an operator connects to the chat, the user will be shown his name and avatar. Please note that this feature is implemented for Viber.

To edit, select a user and switch to edit mode - the edit window contains the same fields as the add window, but they are pre-filled with information

In the user settings, you can specify the behavior of the operator's activity status (e.g. Online or Offline)
