Intro

This section is dedicated to Client Card feature that allows you to view and edit client’s personal information. You are not limited only to view and edit but you can also review client’s channel is being used and search for similar contacts.

Client Card location and Use-Cases

To find the Client Card you should open the right sidebar inside the dialogue first. To do this you need to click on the blue button at the upper right corner:

By the way, if you are wondering how can you keep this sidebar opened once you enter the dialogue then there is an option for you. Follow the bottom left corner and find Settings tab → Operator Settings → General and check the box “Enable” next to the “When switching to the active dialog, open the right panel” option:

On the right sidebar to switch to Client Card choose second tab and similar window should appear:

1 - Client’s profile photo and fullname

2 - Client’s ID according to Contacts tab

3 - Client’s channels being used to communicate

4 - Similar contacts

5 - Client’s generic information fields

6 - Client’s extra information fields

7 - Comment about the client

In addition to view you can edit and highlight client’s information too. To do this you should just hover on particular field to trigger tools pop-up that looks like this:
