The widget allows you to run scripts on the site and connect to an operator through the site.

Types of widget and what it can do

The widget exists in several types:

• A "consultant" avatar or caption, which when clicked on
  • a mini chat widget appears, usually used on websites

• or multi-channel bot selection where you can choose either messenger call or chat as shown above

• A large chat frame for integration into a personal account or other software, usually to make it convenient for the customer to write to support from a PC
• CUI frame for inserting all sorts of interactive elements, such as polls or mini-bots on site pages.

File transfer

Widget allows operator and user to transfer files:

• Pictures
• pdf files

File size for file transfer is limited to 25MB (27,000,000 B).
