In the Settings tab, you can set the time to turn off the chat by inactivity timeout, as well as control whether the timeout option is enabled or disabled.

If the checkbox "Use a timer to turn off the dialogue" is checked, the chat will be disconnected if the user is inactive for the time specified in the "Time to turn off the dialogue in minutes" field
