Email channel dialogs in the operator panel are displayed differently from other dialogs and have additional functionality. There is also the possibility of adding a signature to sent emails (if necessary).

Connecting Email

After connecting a new email channel, emails start coming in from the moment of connection (date and time), and also start displaying in the operator panel not immediately, but within the first 5 minutes at a rate of 1 email every 10 seconds from the moment of connection. This only happens when connecting email as a channel in the bot settings.

When hovering over a client's message, an additional email icon is displayed

Messages are displayed without a background, and there is also an expand view button, which enlarges the message.

After clicking the expand view button, a modal window with the text of the email will open

In the dialog history, the expand view button is also displayed to open the message in a separate modal window.

Responses to the Client

After responding to the client, the dialog does not close automatically. The dialog is closed only manually. If the client replies to the email, it will come to the same active dialog. If the dialog is closed, a new dialog will be created when replying to the client.

Reply Button

When clicking the reply button, a reply menu opens, showing the address for the reply. In the text field, you can add new addresses or modify existing ones.
