Each operator is set a limit of dialogues they can accept.
The distribution of dialogues among operators happens automatically.
The first assigned dialogue is the one that was created earlier.
The determination of the operator to whom the undistributed dialogue will be assigned takes into account:
A new dialogue will automatically be distributed to the operator who has the fewest dialogues and has not reached the dialogue limit.
In case of an equal number of dialogues, the dialogue will be distributed considering the time of closing the last dialogue (including past time).
Automatic assignment of a dialogue from the queue occurs immediately after closing the previous dialogue or when the operator's status changes to "Online".
