Intro

There is a way to customize user entity using Additional User Fields. It can contain either some details about the user or information needed to build scenario around. This feature has a lot of benefits from usage of these fields inside the scenario and Action Jail or to customize operator’s appearance inside the conversation. Some use-cases is shown at the bottom of this page.

Additional User Fields Management

Let’s now introduce how to create an Additional User Field:

1. Navigate to “Additional User Fields”

2. Enter field name into corresponding prompt

   2.1. Your field name will be moved to Label field

3. Adjust datatype of the field

4. You can also use JSON configuration to facilitate creation of the similar fields
