In order to select the chat/chats that will be available to the operator, the creation of skill groups is provided. For each skill group, a list of chats is added to which the operator will have access. When creating an operator, it is enough to select a skill group for him to determine his access to a particular chat.

To change and add skill groups, go to the Skill Group tab

To add, click on the Add group button

In the window that opens, fill in the necessary information and select the Topic / s to which this skill group will be attached

After saving, skill groups can be used when creating and editing users
